Richard Wright, President
From gridiron warrior at the University of Texas-El Paso (1986-1989) to branding champion at Wright’s Media, Richard has injected intensity and focus into everything he’s done. After earning his Criminal Justice degree from Sam Houston State University in 1990, he joined ASAP Printing before going on his own in 1992 and founding Publisher’s Custom Reprints with his father, Dick Wright. The entrepreneurial bug bit him again in 2003, and he opened Wright’s Printing & Marketing to help streamline production and improve reprint quality for Wright’s Reprint’s (now called Wright’s Media). He currently is on the Board of Directors of the Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast and is a strong supporter of many local charitable organizations, including Star of Hope and Montgomery County Youth Services. Richard resides in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife Laura and their three children: Kayce, Megan, and Michael.
Brian Kolb, Executive Vice President
Brian spear-heads the sales, licensing, production, and research at Wright’s Media with the pounce of a lion and the determination of a cornered dog. Need results? Brian gets results. A Southern Illinois alumnus, Brian returned to Texas to pursue his professional career, joining our team in 2005. Brian’s impact on Wright’s has shown up on the Richter scale a few times, especially with transforming the company into the industry leader it is today. His expertise and insights are on display everyday, whether it be leading a sales meeting, blogging, or in the articles he writes (some of which have been published by Crowdshifter.com, BtoB Magazine, Publishing Executive, and a few others). Brian and his wife, Jessica, live in Houston with their two daughters.
David Anderson, Vice President, Business Development
Native Houstonian David attended college locally at University of Houston and Houston Community College. During his professional career prior to joining Wright’s Media, he spent 8 years as a defense litigation paralegal and 17 years in sales. In his 9 years at Wright’s Media, he has forged relationships with several nationally-recognized publishing groups, and he has also served on advisory panels and publishing organizational committees such as American Business Media, Folio, City & Regional Magazine Association (CRMA), and The Alliance of Area Business Publications (AABP). David enjoys golf, fishing, sports of all kinds, and running into Rick “Jesse’s Girl” Springfield at marketing conventions.
Michelle Wolfe, New Business Development
With an impressive career in the publishing industry spanning over 25 years, Michelle’s experience provides her with the knowledge to offer a wide range of strategic solutions for publishers to launch their branded assets into the monetizing stratosphere. Her extensive knowledge of the publishing industry has proven to be a valuable source of cost-stomping measures and bottom-line enhancing visions. She has served on committees with American Business Media and on several panels for Folio Magazine. She currently resides in Michigan and has a daughter and a grandson. She enjoys the beach, sports, travel, cooking, and ketchup on her hot dogs.
Nick Iademarco, Director of Sales
Utilizing his extensive background in sales and national account management, Nick guides the sales team through the harsh sales countryside while managing day-to-day relationships with key publisher accounts. His primary focus is developing our sales talent, transforming doves into hungry eagles and kick-starting programs of revenue-generating excellence for publishers. Prior to coming to Wright’s Media, Nick managed a national sales team in the luxury goods market and has also been responsible for managing large retail accounts, such as Target, Staples, and Things Remembered. Nick resides in The Woodlands, TX, with his wife Amy and their 3 children: Austin, Nicole, and Adriana.
