Building Bridges

The most gratifying part of what we do is delivering revenue to our publisher partners! Just this past week I recieved a note from one of our publishers thanking me for our efforts after they received their royalty check! I would suggest that a large part of the credit goes to the publisher for the SUPPORT and TRUST that they provide to assist us in controlling and monetizing their content. This level of partnership can only occur when a strong bridge is built between both sides.
Our most successful publishers are those that truly support and trust us with their brand.
Support is required to insure that our efforts are not compromised thus hindering sales efforts. Top down buy in from multiple levels at the publication, including editorial and ad sales teams is essential. Support is a willingness to listen to our feedback and take action to overcome market objections and capitalize on new opportunities.
Trust is acquired over time and is measured not by what we say but by what we do. Trust is a level of comfort that is earned by responding to clients promptly and in a professional manner. Finally, trust is knowing that we value the most treasured asset of any publication, it’s content and brand.
The key to building bridges is COMMUNICATION! We regularly conference with our publishers to keep them abreast of developments in the market. Sharing contacts, discussing strategies, new product ideas, and reviewing upcoming events and editorial features.
